HOW DOES          
DISTANCE LEARNING WORK?

Assessments

STEP 1

  • Students take two brief assessments (at home, virtually with a teacher, or in person with a teacher). 

  •          suggests differentiated student groupings by literacy needs, then aligns each group with recommended activities from the school's existing curriculum and our supplementary index.

Lesson Planning

  • For at-home activities (asynchronous learning), teachers assign the recommended activities via their school’s distance learning platform like Google Classroom, Canvas, and other types of interactive delivery systems.
