Professional Development and use of the A2i Platform is considered so comprehensive that teachers willing to deeply engage in shifting pedagogy to fully differentiate for their students are eligible to receive university-level credits from the University of California, Irvine through their participation in A2i PSS and movement through our Framework.

How teachers are presently supported makes it almost impossible to expect outcomes… this consistent failure to support teachers in the classroom has led to overworked teachers all resulting in initiative fatigue and resistance to change. Supporting adults is crucial…but it MUST be supported in classroom practice by PROVIDING teachers with the critical classroom tools for knowing individual student needs, differentiation and small group instruction.
