How can we build stronger communities to positively transform literacy?

“We want to be the best place to raise a child.” Liz Weaver, Co-CEO of the Tamarack Institute, brought this idea to unite her community of Hamilton, Ontario for the purpose of improving the lives of each stakeholder. Each Hamilton community member was able to see how they fit into that vision, and took ownership of their role in its success.
